October Road, Grey's Anatomy

I was intrigued by October Road for three reasons: 1. I’m met producer Scott Rosenberg a few times because we have mutual friends (did I just name drop?) and he’s a nice guy. So I’d like to see his show do well. Plus, this is really the TV version of Beautiful Girls and I liked that movie. 2. I know someone who works on the show. (Hi Aubrey!) and I’d like to see her remain employed. 3. I like Bryan Greenberg. Didn’t love him so much on One Tree Hill, but now I fully realize the sexiness of Bryan Greenberg. He even manages to make Laura Prepon interesting. It’s too early to tell whether this is a good show, but I can tell you that I will be watching it next week. Let’s talk Grey’s Anatomy. Someone please explain how George, George, has gotten down with Meredith, Callie, and now Izzy. Don’t tell me it’s the nice guy syndrome, because what he said to Callie was inexcusable. “Izzy is blonde, she’s stacked, she’s a supermodel, she’d never go for me”? I would have kicked him out too. I’d never speak to him again. I’d change hospitals. I’d take my inheritance and live it up somewhere. Sigh. I want an inheritance. I can see the writing on the wall for Isaiah Washington. My sources tell me he is as good as gone, but I wouldn’t take that as gospel yet, especially since he is such a good actor. This will be a very different show without him and without Addison. I feel nostalgic already.
