I'm liking Men In Trees more and more. Yes, Marin is a little annoying, and yes, James Tupper (Jack) isn't the best actor ever. But it works. When Jack left that message for Marin on her cell, I gasped, because yes, I am a dork. And yes, of course Marin didn't get Jack's message. Because this is TV, and as soon as we saw that he was leaving her a voicemail, we knew that she wouln't get the message.
Justine Bateman - an inspired choice for Lynn. Because of course Jack's ex is pretty in a tomboy kind of way. You just know that she is going to be outdoorsy and everything that Marin isn't. Sigh - I love this show. Even if some of the metphors - the dove? - are painfully obvious.
Good choice by ABC to put it on after Grey's Anatomy. Ok, so let's discuss. Is Izzy going to hook up with McSteamy? I hope not. I want her with Alex, but not anytime soon. Is what Christina did really so bad? I mean, come on. She covered for an attending (who, yes, happened to be her boyfriend.) But wouldn't any of those suck ups have done the same for any of the attendings? I don't see how anyone could posibly compare what Christina did to what Izzy did. Uh...Izzy killed a man. Christina was trying to keep men from getting killed. While on that subject - yeah IZZY, who are YOU to throw stones here? Glass house baby. Christina helped you accidently kill your fiance, so you can damn well stand by her while she saves her boyfriend's ass.
