Ok, I'm nerd. In fact, my nerdiness is scary, but I can hardly contain my excitement about my shows returning.
First, it's Prison Break:
Sara he cares! He does!!
Wow, Dominic, looking good in the street clothes.
Byebye Veronica you little idiot. (Although, it continues to sadden me that they hired Robin Tunney in the first place. This character had real potential, and then the producers had to go and hire one of the most boring actresses around.)
Ok, when did LJ become cool?
Veronica Mars:
I'm sure everyone else read in TV Guide about V's new love interest. Nooooo!!! What's going to happen to Logan??? I seriously cannot wait until Oct 3. I'm moving that weekend prior and it brings tears to my eyes to even contemplate the idea that my cable might be screwed up in any way.
Gilmore Girls:
I really could care less about Luke and Lorelei's troubles, what I'm really looking forward to is Rory and Logan.
Lost:
I keep hearing that Kate Will Choose. Gasp! Who????
Alas, I will miss The Closer and Saved. I probably haven't promoted Saved enough, but it was a highly entertaining show. Was it Lost caliber? But it I liked the characters, and sometimes that's all it takes for me. I know some people don't like Tom Everett Scott in this role, but I think he's sexy playing against type as cocky Wyatt Cole(and what a name!). For those of you who are like me, and are a sucker for a good love story, Wyatt has an ex who he flirts with/argues with played by Elizabeth Reaser in a bad haircut. It looks like things come to a head for the pair in the season finale on Monday. Can't wait!
And lastly, Windfall, you will be missed. Even before they were on the air, the cast and producers knew that they wouldn't last past summer, but I was keeping my fingers crossed since the ratings were decent. But, although the cast's contracts have been extended an extra month just in case, I think this is the end for this guiltily entertaining show. But long live Jon Foster!
