Open Up and Say Ah: Attention all Poison fans who also watched The Bachelor and Flava of Love, VH1 will debut a new series in July called Rock of Love with Bret Michaels.
That’s right; the 44-year-old Poison frontman and star of a Pamela Anderson sex tape is looking for some real love. The 10-part series will focus on Michaels’ search for a woman who can “Rock and Roll All Night” and keep up with his lifestyle. A bevy of beauties will live together in Michaels’ Los Angeles mansion as they perform challenges designed to win his heart. “Life Goes On” as the women are tested on their devotion as well as their passion and knowledge of rock and roll. Winners of the challenges will have “Nothing But a Good Time” joining Michaels as he parties, hangs out with famous friends, or jets off on glamorous vacations. Ultimately he will pick only one to give him “Something to Believe In.”
For twenty years, Bret Michaels was the bandana-clad lead singer for the 80s pop-metal band Poison, best known for such hits as “Your Mama Don’t Dance,” and “Unskinny Bop.” He was handpicked by VH1 and producers Mark Cronin & Cris Abrego, and VH1 has received an overwhelming response from female fans of all ages.
Good luck ladies, and remember, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
